1. Free Returns for Defective or Incorrect Products

If you receive a defective or incorrect product, we will cover the return shipping costs. To ensure prompt processing of your request, please follow these steps:

• After reviewing the request, we will send you a prepaid return label.

• You may choose to either replace the product with the same item or receive a full refund once the returned item is inspected.

2. Returns for Other Reasons

If you wish to return an item for any other reason, you may do so within 14 days of receiving your order, under the following conditions:

• The product must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories.

• The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs; however, we will offer you a store credit equivalent to the return shipping cost to be used on your next purchase.

3. Preventing Abuse of the Return Policy

• Returns will not be accepted if the damage is found to be caused by misuse or intentional damage.
